DURING THE TAKEOFF PHASE OF A TOUCH & GO LANDING THE STUDENT PLT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL OF THE ACFT AND RAN OFF THE SIDE OF THE RWY. THE STUDENT PLT WAS ON HIS THIRD SOLO TRAINING FLIGHT.
