THE ACFT IMPACTED A SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN NEAR HORSESHOE PASS AT AN ELEVATION OF 250 FT ABOVE SEA LEVEL. THE ACCIDENT OCCURRED DURING THE HOURS OF DAYLIGHT WITH VMC PREVAILING.
