THE FAILURE OF THE PILOT TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE AIRSPEED DURING MANEUVERS (BUZZING) WHICH RESULTED IN AN INADVERTENT STALL OF THE AIRCRAFT. A FACTOR WAS THE INTENTIONAL BUZZING OF FAMILY MEMBERS.
