CONTRIBUTING TO THE ACCIDENT WAS A FAILURE OF THE FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR (FIRST PILOT) TO ADEQUATELY SUPERVISE THE TOUCH DOWN AT THE TERMINATION OF THE AUTOROTATION.
