FACTORS RELATED TO THE ACCIDENT WERE THE PILOT'S FAILURE TO OBTAIN A WEATHER BRIEFING PRIOR TO FLIGHT, AND THE PILOT'S LACK OF TOTAL FLIGHT EXPERIENCE.
