On June 14, 2015, at 1100 local time, a Robinson R44, VH-KJJ, collided with terrain under unknown circumstances near Timber Creek, Australia. The helicopter was operated under the pertinent civil regulation of the government of Australia. The helicopter was substantially damaged and the pilot, the sole occupant, was fatally injured. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Australia. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by the Government of Australia.
