A TOTAL LOSS OF POWER OCCURRED DUE TO THE NUMBER 4 CYLINDER FAILING. A TAIL BOOM STRIKE OCCURRED DURING A HARD LANDING IN A PARKING LOT, SEVERING THE TAIL BOOM.
