FLIGHT ENCOUNTERED A GUST OF WIND ON TAKEOFF, RAN OFF THE LEFT SIDE AND COLLIDED WITH A SEWER DITCH. THE AIRCRAFT FLIPPED OVER AND RECEIVED SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
