THE PILOT FAILED TO CLEAR TREES ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY ON DEPARTURE, AND CRASHED TO THE GROUND. THE PLT FAILED TO FILE AND ACC REPORT AND HIS FLT TIME RECORDS WERE NOT AVAILABLE.
