THE PILOT WAS USING RUNWAY 17 FOR TAKEOFF WHEN HE LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE ACFT WENT OFF THE LEFT SIDE OF THE RUNWAY AND OVER AN EMBANKMENT.
