WHILE MANEUVERING TO REVERSE DIRECTIONS THE ACFT STALLED DESCENDING AND IMPACTING THE GROUND IN A STEEP DIVE. THE PLT WAS ON THE FINAL LEG OF HIS CROSS-COUNTRY FLT.
