THE PLT STATED THAT WHILE TRIMMING A RICE FIELD HE WAS WATCHING HIS DRIFT & WHEN HE LOOKED FORWARD HE SAW THE TRANSMISSION LINE BUT WAS TOO CLOSE TO AVOID THE LINES.
