ACCORDING TO THE PILOT WHILE ON A FERRY FLIGHT DURING NORMAL CRUISE AT AN ALT OF APRX 2000 FT, THE ENG QUIT DUE TO FUEL EXHAUSTION. DURING THE FORCED LANDING THE ACFT COLLIDED WITH A TREE.
