DURING ROLL-OUT THE PLT LOST DIRECTIONAL CONTROL. THE PLT APPLIED HARD BRAKES TO PREVENT THE ACFT FROM ENTERING THE WATER ADJACENT TO THE RWY & THE ACFT FLIPPED OVER.
