On November 30, 1989, approximately o745 CST, an Aerospatiale AS-350B, N5804T, was involved in an accident in Liberty Hill, Texas. The circumstances of the event are not known. The pilot was not injured, one passenger was seriously injured and the second passenger had minor injuries. No additional information is available.
