PILOT JUST LOADED SEEDS AND TOOKOFF WHEN HE NOTICED SMOKE AND THE ENGINE LOST POWER. DURING A FORCED LANDING THE AIRCRAFT NOSED OVER. CAUSE OF POWER LOSS UNDETERMINED.
