The Federal Air Transport Agency (FATA) of Russia has notified the NTSB of an incident involving a Boeing 747-8F airplane. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to the FATA investigation under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13 as the State of Design and Manufacture of the airplane and engines. All investigative information will be released by the FATA.
