THE PILOT WAS MAKING PRACTICE AERIAL APPLICATION MANEUVERS WHEN HIS ATTENTION WAS DISTRACTED TO A FLOW DEVICE IN THE COCKPIT. WHILE HIS ATTENTION WAS INSIDE THE AIRPLANE THE AIRPLANE DESCENDED INTO THE TERRAIN.
