DURING APPROACH, THE AIRCRAFT STRUCK POWER LINES NEAR THE APPROACH END OF RUNWAY AND CRASHED ON THE RUNWAY. THE PILOT HAD LESS THAN 1 HOUR FLIGHT TIME IN THIS MODEL HOMEBUILT AIRCRAFT.
