THE ACFT CONTACTED A TREE AND IMPACTED THE TERRAIN IN A NOSE DOWN ATTITUDE DURING A FORCED LANDING FOLLOWING A LOSS OF PWR WHICH RESULTED FROM FUEL EXHAUSTION.
