ACFT TOUCHED DONW HARD AND BECAME AIRBORNE. ON THE SECOND GROUND CONTACT THE NOSE GEAR COLLAPSED. PLT PREVIOUSLY ABORTED TWO LANDINGS BECAUSE OF EXCESSIVE AIRSPEED.
