ON FINAL APPROACH BOTH ENGINES FAILED. THE PILOT ELECTED TO LAND INTENTIONAL GEAR UP SHORT OF THERUNWAY. LESS THAN 1 PINT OF FUEL WAS FOUND ON BOARD.
