On November 10, 2018, about 1930 hours universal coordinated time, a Reims Cessna F172N, United Kingdom registration G-BGSV, impacted a field near East Yorkshire, United Kingdom. The two occupants on-board were fatally injured. The flight origin and destination have not been determined.The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB).
