On March 31, 2018, a Robin DR400-120 airplane, French registration F-GIKQ, experienced a runway excursion during takeoff from Saint Chamond - L'Horme airport (LFHG), near L'Horme, France. The airplane departed then end of runway 28 and came to rest along a highway about 150 meters from the runway. The pilot and flight instructor were not injured. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the French government. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by or obtained from the French government.
