On September 5, 2018, at 1533 Coordinated Universal Time, a Robinson R44, I-CCNI, impacted terrain while maneuvering at low altitude, Plzen-Skvmany, Czech Republic. The pilot and three passengers sustained fatal injuries.The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Czech Republic government.
