The Swiss Accident Investigation Board (SAIB) of Switzerland has notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Schweizer Aircraft Corporation 269 helicopter, HB-ZLB, that occurred on September 13, 2016. The NTSB has appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the SAIB under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Switzerland. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by the Government of Switzerland.
