On April 12, 2016, at 1300 coordinated universal time, a Piper PA-32R-301T airplane, G-MAIE, experienced a hard landing at the Daedalus Airfield (EGHF), Hampshire, United Kingdom. The pilot was not seriously injured, and the airplane sustained damage to the nose wheel assembly and fuselage. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the government of the United Kingdom.
