On October 12, 2013, about 0928 hours universal coordinated time, an Enstrom 280FX, Poland registration SP-GMB, impacted trees and terrain near Wolica Kozia, Poland. The pilot and passenger were fatally injured. The accident investigation is under the jurisdiction and control of the State Commission of Aircraft Accident Investigation (SCAAI).
