THE PILOT ATTEMPTED TO TAKEOFF FROM A SHORT MOUNTAINOUS STRIP WITH WET SNOW ON THE AIRPLANE. THE AIRPLANE FAILED TO GET AIRBORNE AND RAN OFF THE END OF THE STRIP.
