THE ACFT ENCOUNTERED DETERIORATING WX CONDITIONS AND RECEIVED MINOR DAMAGE DURING A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING IN WHITEOUT CONDITIONS. A SIGMET WAS IN EFFECT.
