On June 23, 2015, a privately owned Cessna 525A, registered JA021R, took off from Tokyo International Airport at about 14:41 (JST: UTC+9hrs) and landed at Kohnan Aerodrome in Okayama prefecture at about 15:46. The landing ended up a runway overrun. It rested in a pond in the vicinity of the west end of the runway and substantially damaged. The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Government of Japan. This report is for information purposes only and contains only information released by or obtained by the Government of Japan.
