On January 16, 2026, at 1154 central standard time, a Honda HA-420 airplane, N949LL, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Amarillo, Texas. The airline transport pilot and four passengers were uninjured. The airplane was operated under Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations as a Part 91 personal flight. The pilot stated that about 1.5 hours after departure and while in cruise flight, a yellow crew alerting system (CAS) message for an air data computer appeared.
